Third-party services and notices

The map includes or calls software and services that keep their own terms. A source licence for this product, granted by Benanetwork FZE, does not replace those terms and does not grant you any right under them.

Mapbox

The map renderer and, when configured, geocoding, directions and satellite tiles depend on Mapbox. Mapbox GL JS v2 and later are licensed under the Mapbox Terms of Service, not as unrestricted open source.

• You must create and pay for your own Mapbox account.
• Tokens issued for a hosted preview are not included in a source download and must not be copied out of the browser tools for production use.
• Restrict public tokens to your own domains.
• Mapbox states that a Commercial Application License is required for production use of its services in applications related to real estate. Confirm current terms at mapbox.com/legal/tos and mapbox.com/pricing before you go live.

Other components

Typical installs also use, among others:

• React, Zustand, Vite (their respective open-source licences)
• Express, better-sqlite3, Cheerio (their respective open-source licences)
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim for fallback geocoding — respect their usage policy if you call them

Do not remove copyright or licence notices shipped with those components, or the Sitepin licence notice in LICENSE.
