Terms and Conditions

Benanetwork FZE · Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE · Trade Licence 4429395.01 · info@sitepin.org

Last updated: 27 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sitepin website, the 24-hour preview, and any purchase of a Sitepin source licence. Please read them before you request a preview or pay.

By requesting a preview, or by ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to these Terms and to the Software Licence. If the two conflict, the Software Licence prevails on ownership and permitted use, and these Terms prevail on how a preview, an order, and a payment work.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Benanetwork FZE. "You" and "your" mean the individual or company using the site or buying a licence. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What Sitepin is

Sitepin is a white-label interactive map and admin panel for property developers. It shows your developments alongside landmarks, transit, schools and drive times, and it includes an importer that reads your public website to populate the map.

You licence one production instance for one brand, on domains you control, with the source code included. It is licensed, not sold, and it is not a subscription. A further brand, tenant, agency, or white-label of your own requires a further licence.

3. Definitions

  • Preview — the private, time-limited evaluation instance we may build from a website address you submit.
  • Kit — the source archive delivered after payment.
  • Licensed Environment — infrastructure you own, rent or directly control, operated only for your own benefit, as defined in the Software Licence.

4. The 24-hour preview

If you submit a public website address, we may build a private preview that applies that site's public brand and project pages inside the map, together with a generic landmark and transit layer.

  • Access lasts 24 hours from issue. One self-service 24-hour extension may be offered once, at our discretion.
  • Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share them.
  • The preview is for internal evaluation only. It is not permission to embed it, resell it, present it as a live site, or go into production.
  • We read only public HTTPS pages. We do not log into your site, submit forms, or attempt to access anything that is not publicly served.
  • Pins are placed only from a published map link or a matching named place inside Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi. We do not invent coordinates; a project we cannot place honestly is left unplaced.
  • Previews are provided free of charge, as-is, with no availability commitment. We may refuse, queue, limit, or withdraw a preview at any time — for example where a site cannot be read, where a request looks automated or abusive, or where capacity requires it.

When the preview ends the credentials stop working. Building another preview grants no additional rights.

By submitting a website address you confirm that you own or are authorised to represent that website and its brand.

5. Orders, price and payment

  • The licence fee is a single payment of $1,999 USD, unless a different amount is agreed in writing.
  • The advertised price is inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax that applies. No further tax will be added at checkout. If your jurisdiction requires you to withhold any amount from the payment, the fee is grossed up so that we receive the full advertised amount.
  • Payment is taken through our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • An order is accepted, and the licence granted, only when payment has actually cleared. A checkout session, a pending payment, or an email confirming receipt of a request is not acceptance.
  • We may decline an order, and refund any amount taken, at our discretion — including where we cannot verify the buyer or where the intended use would breach the Software Licence.

6. Delivery

The Kit is delivered as a download link after payment clears. Where a preview of your own website is linked to your order and finished successfully, the Kit is pre-populated with your own imported projects and branding.

The Kit does not include map-platform tokens, our hosted secrets, our storefront, or any other customer's content. You will need your own third-party credentials before your instance can run in production.

Download links are for you alone and may expire. If a link expires before you have downloaded it, contact info@sitepin.org and we will reissue it.

7. Refunds and cancellation

The Kit is delivered digitally and immediately.

  • Before you download, you may cancel your order and we will refund the fee in full.
  • Once the Kit has been downloaded, the sale is final and refunds are not available, because the source code cannot be returned.
  • This does not affect any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
  • If the Kit is materially defective and we cannot make it work within a reasonable time, we will refund the fee.

Refund requests go to info@sitepin.org.

8. Your instance must stay in your own environment

This is the central restriction of the licence and it applies from the moment you download the Kit.

You may install, copy and run the Software only inside your own Licensed Environment, and you may make only one instance publicly accessible, on a domain you control, for your own brand.

You must not:

  • deploy, host or run the Software on infrastructure that is not yours to control, or that serves any other brand, client, tenant or agency;
  • copy, upload or publish the source code anywhere outside your own environment — including public or shared repositories, package registries, file-sharing services, or customer-facing systems;
  • give the Software to anyone other than your own staff and contractors who need it to run your instance, and then only under confidentiality;
  • resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute the Software, whether for charge or free;
  • run the Software as a service for others, as a multi-tenant platform, or as software-as-a-service;
  • use the Software or its source as training or retrieval data for any AI or machine-learning model;
  • use it as the basis of a competing or comparable product.

Clauses 1, 2 and 3 of the Software Licence set this out in full and prevail. A breach terminates the licence automatically, and we may seek an injunction as well as damages.

9. Your content

Project names, imagery, copy and prices that originate from your website remain yours. We use them only to build your preview and, if you buy, to pre-populate your Kit. We do not sell them, and we do not include any customer's content in another customer's preview or Kit.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish through the Software, and for its accuracy.

10. Third-party services

The Software depends on third-party services, including Mapbox for map tiles and geocoding. You must obtain and pay for your own credentials and comply with those vendors' terms.

Production use of a real-estate map may require additional commercial terms from the map vendor. Evaluation on our hosted preview does not transfer any credential or entitlement to you. See Third-party notices.

11. Acceptable use of this website

You must not attempt to breach or probe the security of this site, submit websites you have no connection to, automate preview requests, overwhelm the service, or use the preview to recreate the product. We may rate-limit, block, or withdraw access to protect the service.

12. Availability

The website, the preview service and the download endpoint are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, with no uptime commitment. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them, including the preview service, at any time. The perpetual source licence you have already paid for is unaffected by any such change.

13. Warranties and disclaimer

The Software, the website and the preview are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any pin, place name, drive time or imported fact is accurate. Verify what you publish.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill;
  • we are not liable for inaccurate pins or imported content, for third-party service bills you incur, or for your own instance's availability; and
  • our total aggregate liability in connection with the Software, these Terms and the licence will not exceed the licence fee you actually paid.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of clause 8, from content you publish through the Software, or from your use of third-party services in your own instance.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your preview access at any time. The source licence terminates as set out in clause 9 of the Software Licence — automatically on a breach of its clauses 1, 2 or 3, and otherwise on thirty days' uncured material breach. On termination you must stop using the Software and destroy your copies.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force for your purchase is the version published at the time you paid, and we will keep a dated copy available on request. Continued use of the website or a preview after an update is acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. General

  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah.
  • Jurisdiction. The courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.
  • No partnership. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
  • Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Software Licence are the whole agreement between us on their subject matter, and supersede any prior discussion, proposal or purchase-order term.
  • Language. English is the governing language of these Terms.
